Focal is the first startup created through the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communications' Media Innovation Lab, looking to reinvent local news for a new generation of students and young people looking to explore the new places they find themselves in. Since it's inception, I've led the creative team at Focal, taking a part in designing everything from our brand to our interface to our identity.
